Five Inspirational Muslim's Stories of 2018 you should know.
In The preview year (2018) was full of memorable moments for all Muslims. While some moments were little bit sad, And Other moments inspired change in the Muslim community. We have made a list of stories that inspired the Muslim Ummah in the preview 2018.
1)Ali Banat passed away from cancer, after years helping the poor and needy.
A brother called Ali Banat, 32 year old Muslim from Sydney, was suffered with Stage 4 cancer, three years ago he has and passed away in Ramadan-2018. On diagnosis, he was given 7 months to live ,he was blessed to live for another three years Alhamdulillah. He spent this three years getting rid of his lavish possessions in order to give it all back to the needy and poor of Africa. He made up his own charity organisation to build orphanages & mosques and schools in Africa. The lesson we can learn from his inspirational story is that he used his “gift(canser)” to devote the remaining time he has left to serve his religion islam. May Allah swt grant him higest rank in Jannah ameen.2).More than £150,000 money raised for Syrian schoolboy.
A Syrian schoolboy was the victim of a brutal assault in his school in Huddersfield. probably after the video went viral, a crowdfunding page has been launched by a Muslim who wanted to “put a smile on their faces”. So with the help of that Muslim community over the world, they raised an astounding £150,000 money subhanAllah.
3).'Mohamed Salah' he never forget his Muslim roots.
In the preview year (2018) was a big year for this sports-star. 'Mohamed Salah' did the unthinkable by breaking the premier league record for goals in a thirty-eight-game-season, & he also won the Golden Boot for the most goals in the Premier League SubhanAllah. But that is not what was much inspiring about his story. What is so inspiring about brother Mohamed Salah is that he has reached such international success and fame and still continues to practice his religion(islam) openly and proudly SubhanALLAH. We have seen Muslim celebrities in the past reach momentous success but unfortunately, they have about to drop their Muslim identity. But not with Mohamed Salah, he continues to be himself which is a good Muslim.
4).Palestinian medic died while trying to save Palestinian lives.
Basicly, this story is sorrowful, all Muslims can take inspiration from 'Razan al-Najjar'. This Muslim woman who was a Palestinian medical worker & the front lines of the protests on the border at the end of March aiding those who have been wounded by the IDF. She understood that she needed to put her life on the line in order to help her Palestinian needy brothers and sister protesting for something much greater than themselves. May Allah swt grant her Jannah ameen..
5).Brother Khabib stands in the face of Islamophobia in the UFC.
The great fight between Khabib and Mcgregor was no doubt the biggest event this year happended. There was many hype for this fight to be the biggest of all time in UFC history. During the hype & Marketing, some boundaries were Supassed by side of Connor . Mcgregor had made few racist and Islamophobic slurs but contempt all that, Khabib remained calm & respectable. When Mcgregor offered Khabib alcohol at one of the press conferences, Khabib refused to partake in any kind of drinking. But It was Khabib’s fight outside the octagon that really mattered. He knew how to represent his religion Islam in an environment as volatile as the UFC and that is why his story is an inspirational for all muslims over the world in 2018.
